You'd think after the weeks of painting our entire condo just months ago, I would be tired of it and never want to see a paint brush again. Negative. Now I just want to spruce up everything else and what easier way than with a new coat of paint. I was given a bedroom set by a sweet old neighbor lady I had worked for when I was in high school right after she died. It was oak, fairly beat up and I just didn't love the color of it. After having it in our room for 3+ years I decided to take a paint brush to it this past weekend!

After a LOT of sanding, priming, hating the first two colors we put on it, to finally finding the right shade, its improved our bedroom look by leaps and bounds!

Fall Updates!

Way behind on blogging! Here are some sneak-peaks of some fall shoots! Enjoy!

I had a blast downtown with the Swender family about a week ago- The weather was gorgeous for mid-Novemeber and we had fun exploring the city for some fun shots!

Emily is graduating from North Central this spring- It was a honor to be able to get some shots of her as she starts off onto this new phase of life!

Elizabeth is graduating from Westfield High School this spring as well. She was so easy to work with!! Thanks Elizabeth!

I had the privilege of taking Rene's senior photos- Rene is a good friend of my little sister and I can hardly believe they are seniors already!! Rene is such a great sweet girl and I am excited for her to finish up her last year at NC! Take a look below- Really, I can't even call this work- She was a natural!

Left to Tell

My mother in law read this book and then passed it along to me- I'm about half of the way through it and all I can say is I wish I had faith like this! If you can get your hands on a copy of this I highly recommend it. Its very eye opening and challenging!
