This week is a big first for Joel and I- We, at some point in the next two weeks, are closing on our first place. A little two bedroom condo just about 10 minutes from where we live now. We are so excited and it will be a blast but there is lots of work yet to be done... please note the dark hi-gloss horribly painted rooms EVERYWHERE! I, for the first time this weekend, purchased a FIVE gallon bucked of primer- and that probably won't be the last of it! :)

This is so so exciting. Yes, the previous owners were a little crazy (seriously, the bathroom door won't close?! That made me laugh out loud) but how fun to change everything about a new place. Can't wait to see the after pictures and that new fridge!!
